If you’re a Bank of Montreal customer, including a banking, insurance, or financial services customer, then the BMO-TurboTax discount for 2015 will save you a cool 20% on your order of TurboTax Online. And all BMO employees – You’ll save 30% with the exclusive employee discount.
Here’s how this deal works.
The folks at TurboTax created two special pages for BMO… Head on over to either the BMO customer discount page or employee discount page at turbotax.ca. Once there, you’ll notice that the discount is already displayed so no need to worry about entering any voucher codes or coupons at checkout to take advantage of the deal. Just click on the “start for free” link or “sign in” (if you are a returning customer and already have an existing TurboTax account) to get started.
The discounts vary depending on how your associated with BMO – Either 20% off for customers or 30% off for BMO employees. However, as far as we know there is no verification taking place on either offer so, in theory, anyone can take advantage of any of these two offers. Also, it is important to note that although there is no offer expiration date listed, the offer is subject to change or expire without notice. Here are the current sale price points:
If you would like to learn more about the different TurboTax options then clink on the “view more TurboTax products” link. In general, for most average taxpayers, both for individuals and families, the Standard version will be sufficient. If you are an investor and or property owner, then you will need to use the Premier version which is priced about $17.00 more than the Standard version. If you are a consultant, contractor, or any other type of self-employed small business owner, then select the Home & Business version. Just keep in mind that unlimited tax support form an Intuit tax specialist will cost extra in the Standard version but is included for free in the Premier & Home & Business versions.
